TJ's Property Management
Our 5-step estate maintenance program will keep your landscape professionally groomed all year.
How it Works
Late summer maintenance occurs during August and September. It includes weeding and cultivating the plant beds, pruning of trees and shrubs and dead heading of perennial and annual flowers to encourage further bloom time. Clients desiring core aeration or other lawn renovations may request an evaluation during this time.
October and November is the time to begin winterizing the landscape. Our crew will perform a final and thorough plant bed inspection. This will include the cutting back of all perennials and the removal of dead annuals. All leaves and other debris will be removed during this time.
The final steps in the winterization process occurs November through December. During this time, summer flowering shrubs will be pruned to ensure they are ready for winter. Any shrubs in need of more substantial rejuvenation or dead wood removal will be taken care of during this time.
